we stood there for over 10 minutes without anyone of the staff even acknowledging our presence. I/we will not venture our monies there. Horrible customer service. Not busy at all.

We waited for 45 minutes for our food, just for them to “forget” my daughters food. So she had to sit and wait while the rest of us ate. She didn’t get her food until we were completely done. My sons burger was completely burnt, so he barely even ate. Server was very apologetic but didn’t make up for the food or mistakes. Also felt as if the server was hiding from us because of the issues with the food. Never refilled our drinks but once when we were basically leaving.
Ordered a lava cake from doordash got a ice cold brownie/cake no fudge in middle no syrup no ice cream with it just a ice cold worthless cake
I woudn't recommend. Our food was either burnt or raw, there was no in between. The hamburger was severely under cooked on all the burgers we ordered and when we told the server all we got was an "Oh sorry bout that. That doesn't usually happen." We weren't given new meals or offered any kind of discount. Very disappointed.

staff not friendly service was slow waited forever for food
Came in the other night for dinner with my girlfriend. Hostess was nice and seated us promptly. Food was delicious and generous serving sizes. But our waitress (her name tag said Kylie) was a mess. She smelled of alcohol, was slurring her words a bit and openly wrote her number down for me in front of my girlfriend who was appalled at her behavior. Not only that but she completely messed up my girlfriends order. Will not be back and have told our family and friends. Hire more professional staff in a family restaurant please.
