Unfriendly and not attentive. Not only did the server (Ayesha) not stay long enough to get our full order, she couldn’t even apologize when we brought the issue up. Had to ask for coffee refills and items several time. Last visit here for sure. Should have gone to ihop.

Get rid of about half the crew at the Roseville store. It took us 10 minutes to get seated and there were only about 15 people in the place and they were already seated. Then 30 minutes later I ask if our food was near ready and was told no. We payed for the tea and left..............

Inept hostesses. 9 open tables and no one seating anyone. When someone finally does get sat they were the last people in the door and the rest of us who were waiting gets left again. This is my second poor experience here. Guess I'll just have to go to Ogden. Sad because Black Bear food is unusually good. Inept staff ruins it tho.

My husband ordered fish & the first few pieces seemed okay, but the rest was not cooked all the way. The middle was still completely raw. We informed the waiter & all she told us was “oh, I’m sorry. Do you want a new order”. My husband got sick soon after eating there. Throwing up sick.

We've now been given 3 gift cards by my sister, each $50. Not one has worked. So while the food is good, this type of dishonesty in taking money and providing NO PRODUCT/SERVICE is dishonest
We ate here Saturday night. They were out of several items. What we ordered in place of the prime rib special was terrible over seasoned and under cooked the waitress didn’t care when we complained she agreed that the place is terrible. If your own employees say you suck why would I ever go back? Hopefully this place gets its act together or the will be closed in no time. I know I won’t be back and will be telling everyone I know to stay away.
We left the West Jordan, Utah diner after waiting for approximately 15 minutes for some service. This has happened once before and another time it took almost 10 minutes to get served. We like the food but if we can't get served, what's the use in going there. We will take our patronage elsewhere.
