How to lose friends and make enemies Dis Courtesy Nissan has perfected this as an unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest dealership. After completing paperwork and payment in finance went with Bobby the salesman to my new car for delivery, shocked to see white plastic stuck to my brand new car and marks on the body, salesman in his rush to get to another customer said “ It’s fine” no not fine, can one at least expect their new car to be clean and shiny, sent back to detail and came back eventually with plastic gone but ma... read more

I bought a car from them in March 2023 and while the salesman I worked with was nice I still have yet to receive my actual license plates or title. It has been 6 months and I have received atleast 3 sets of temporary plates with the same promise of "no more than a 3 week wait" for my actual plates and title to be mailed to me. I call and the receptionist is always polite but never has any real answers for me. Until this is resolved I can not see myself recommending this dealership to anyone for anything.

WARNING: Courtesy Nissan Richardson "No Longer Services Vehicles That Old" That's a quote from the Shop Foreman, My 1996 Nissan 300 ZX with 121,685 miles is no longer eligible for service. This review is based on service only. I went in one Saturday morning for an oil change and an inspection, having an appointment but there was already 100 people I was told ahead of me. Why is scheduling this difficult, and why do they over schedule, not sure but came back later that day. I had a part that came off of my car which either is a Nissan faulty part of how it is being put on, not sure but was told that they would reorder a new one. I was very unhappy with the entire process of service, was told I had an appointment got to the dealership and was told they couldn’t locate my appointment was quoted one price and when I got there was told something different and was told they didn’t have my product in Stock so had to wait for it to come in drop car off at 10 wasn’t ready for 4 hrs

I reached out to the dealership I was interested in a vehicle that had for sale they barely contacted me back with one email they didn't seem interested to sell a vehicle I would not recommend them

My car was STOLEN while being serviced at Courtesy Nissan. They say it was not their fault and did not try to assist me at all with this situation. They just said call your insurance company. No loaner car. No apology. They file a police report but that was it!

I recently had an experience with Courtesy Nissan that left me extremely disappointed. After finding what I thought was the perfect car and putting down a deposit to hold it, I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere. When I asked for a refund on my deposit, the dealership made it incredibly inconvenient for me to get it back. Instead of issuing the refund over the phone or mail, they made me drive during rush hour in Dallas, an unnecessary and dangerous hour and a half journey from the west end of Fort Worth.
