The staff that I dealt was was deceitful.. Initially I talked with your sales guy by phone and he boasted about what a sweet ride this unit was. When we drove 45 miles to check it out the next day we found the car on the website to be nothing like the one on your lot due to significant hail damage on hood and rear deck. That was a deal breaker for me.. His manager showed up agreed to fix the hail damage but noted that the process would only be about 85 % good...not exactly an expression of quality work. I left a review 6 months ago regarding a recall. Well, I finally got my vehicle back in and demoting from 3 stars to 1 star. I came in for an airbag recall. Ironically I now have a flashing airbag light on my dashboard that the rep and mechanic said was already there. Which is patently false. I had my vehicle at Honest 1 auto on 11/13 and have verified with them the light was not on. "Do not go here! There prices are average but they will..." Do not go here! There prices are average but they will tackle you with charges on top of charges for buying a car here. The sales manager Elvis is a extreme liar aswell. So many better dealerships who treat there customers better. If I could go back on the whole deal I would in a heartbeat. I’ve only had the car for 2 days btw

The sales people are lie to you tell you have to buy Kahu and you don’t! Took and act of Congress to get paperwork! Left car there for them to fix and when I picked up something else was broke and can not get in touch with Brady Bishop the GM to try and get fixed. Salesman told me they did not touch it so they can not fix it!

"I am only giving 1 star as zero stars is not permitted...." I am only giving 1 star as zero stars is not permitted. Do not go to this dealer! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!! They are liars and in no way transparent! They withhold providing you copies of all documents that you sign. They tell you that you are required to purchase KAHU, you absolutely are not required! I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer. They are complete and total liars and cheats!

After numerous attempts they finally claim that I have some "bent metal" causing a different squeak and they will not honor the warranty until I pay 500$.
