Rude salesman and lazy manager. Also left the dealership smelling like smoke. What a waste of our time.

The finance personnel has no integrity, very belligerent, and very forceful. He needs to practice customer service even if a persons credit is not up to par. On the good note Jacob is a very professional car salesman, with integrity, and compassion.

I am disappointed in their lack of customer service! I have called multiple times and haven't gotten a good enough response. Robert was in charge of my car and didn't keep me up to date with the progress - it took way longer than he said it would! I am truly shocked. If you can, go to a different Nissan Dealership!

DECEITFUL , DECEITFUL TO SAY THE LEAST and if I could give them ZERO STARS I would. If your a NEW CAR buyer please do not do business with this company. happiness is not their priority. To them your ripe for all the shady tricks possible. They bait and switch prices. They misrepresented facts and basically told me that the extra $1000ish added was due to taxes and fees but taxes/fees were added later on. My wife and I made our first and last appointment at this dealer for 4:30 on 6/16/22. Our appointment was with Cassandra. We arrive in the service drive and are not greeted or anything when we pull up. We decide to go inside and when we do, there are 3 advisors at the first few desks who did not greet us at all and didn’t even make eye contact. None had customers in front of them. The price was not as advertised on the site. It went from 27k to 31k very shady

Beware of this dealership. Poor communication. Still has not paid off my trade-in. It has been over a month. They do not answer text, email or phone calls. Their mail boxes are full. They have failed to send a payoff correctly twice. We are on our third try and I am now having to get my trade in lender to pester them answer. This even with the GM copied on emails. Beware of this company. I had to pay two car notes, as they cannot pay my car off in time even though they have a month and half to do so.

Complete dealership is shady and liars. Beware at financing- lenders do not add warranties. Teddy, the salesperson was nice but I felt like his hands were tied. Gus was over the top -- I felt he knew this vehicle was unacceptable and he was dishonest. Drove from Oklahoma after being told vehicle was ready. Never seen vehicle but sent me to financing. Jose Rubio would not even make eye contact and sent nervous. He stated that the lender has added a mandatory bumper to bumper warranty... No itemized paperwork given until I cal... read more
