Jennifer D. She’s amazing. I’m bipolar and even though she explained everything to me and was very thorough , I still needed it to be repeated to me. And not just once, I needed it to be repeated again. Her tone never changed. She was pleasant and polite no matter how many times she had to clarify things. She would break things down to make sure I understood. As though she were talking to a child but didn’t belittle me. I hope CoverageX realizes what they have in this woman. She is a real treasure!
Jennifer is amazing. She walked me through everything that was available for my home and vehicle. I didn’t have to ask any questions because she answered them before they came to mind. I’m the type that likes to clarify everything and she would listen and then help me understand. I have bipolar disorder and that’s why I need to clarify things, often more than once. She didn’t mind.
