it was hortible app. it was too sensitive, and kept wanting to go to main page(promotion) so many time. i tried to pay for my order, but it kept going back to the same page again and again. and i had to input my information many times. i finally gave up and not order anything.

No Okra on this menu last chance we will never go back fix it. It is the 25th of December still no Okra, no full menu this garbage is deleted and they never and I mean NEVER get the order right

Had to deny continuous access to location etc, wasn't thrilled there. If there's a way to have your order pickup page to click that "I'm Here" that you see in confirmation email, I couldn't find that easily (or at all). And, being warned by my phone's security software from the pre-install scan.. It wasn't helpful and is now uninstalled.

The worst restaurant app I have ever used. I have reported it to store manager several times after a year still NO improvement with app restaurant employees are overwhelmed and make numerous errors so would rather place order online neither is working so will just quit going to cracker barrel overpriced, so cold food so why should their App work

App wouldn't allow me to join the wait list. Not the first time this happened, also if I do get the wait list the I'm here option goes away before I can tap it.
