No Access for call ahead seating

Worst to-go ordering process of any restaurant. Their online and app ordering does not have all of their menu items and is not accurate with what the restaurants offer. It's frustrating to try and place a to-go order with cracker Barrel. The last order I placed the person told me it was an hour wait for to -go.

There are plenty of ways to upsell you on sides and extras but no way to customize your food. I'm not talking about anything special. I'm talking about things that I do at the restaurant that I've done my whole life. Like getting no chicken with the chicken and dumplings. That's the way the side version comes anyway. I assume this is intentional.
