Was supposed to get a $10 " reward for purchasing a holiday meal for Thanksgiving, still waiting for that. Sent a message to them and all I get is " thanks for contacting us and we'll get back to you " . Probably won't be ordering again

I hate ordering delivery from cracker barrel. We never get our food warm and the last 2 orders including our order tonight was missing 2 items. And the store will not do anything about it. I guess we won't order delivery from this place again.

I literally cannot place an order it's so bad. Every time I try to checkout, it brings me back to the home screen.

The app will randomly assign pick up times after hitting asap. The last 3 times, it's placed a pick-up order 90 minutes out. The worst part is the reasurant cooks it and lets it sit for an hour. The quality is the only thing lower than the prices.
