I think all of the 5 star reviews are FAKE. Notice that the majority of them are clumped together by date. I recieved a mailer indicating that I was "pre-approved" for $24,494 "consolidation line of credit" in the side line the offer stated it was a "consolidation loan". I went to the BBB website and saw a fairly high rating but decided to read the reviews. I'm GLAD I didn't fall for this scam. The BBB should do better with their screening.

They are in California, but when they phoned me (I'm in Michigan), the caller ID said they were almost next door. No legitimate company fakes caller ID.

It’s definitely a scam, I like a lot of other made the mistake of calling, they did a soft pull on my credit took my information and said they would call me back at a set time later that day. I never received a call, and every time I called them they transferred me to a voicemail or made a excuse as to why “Moe” couldn’t answer the phone. I hope some customer advocate group or agency put these scams in check. All they do is make you believe you have a potential for a consolidation loan, but what their core business is actually a credit repair company. They state that you may or may not qualify, but I can assure you they will not sustain an audit for loans approved, because THEY HAVE NOT APPROVED ANY. Stay away! Disclaimer: I never called them, but I had to other very similar letters and they are all the same.
Do not be fooled with their empty promises!! Put yourself in their shoes! Would you lend 40k to someone with lots of credit card debt and promise a low interest rate with an unbelievable low payment??? Of course not!! They do not care about anyone just care about making lots of money and put you in a deeper hole than you already in! Come on do the math!
