We had great credit before we consolidated with credit 9 we have been paying over 800.00 a month for 6 months and they haven't done anything with the cards we consolidated, our score went from over 800 to a 510 I do not recommend them at all! We are kinda stuck at this point maybe they will start looking into the accounts soon.

Spoke with an agent, "Tessa W*****" this morning. The conversation sounded very promising and helpful. She asked for all my information which I naively gave. We had an appointment scheduled for 2PM to discuss approval details and I have yet to receive a call. I tried calling the various numbers they provide and all were sent to voicemail. This is frustrating and terrifiying when you're already in a bad financial situation to now have to worry if now you have to worry about identity theft as well.

I received a prescreened offer letter for $30,848,00 from this company. Usually I just discard, but decided to take a look at this one. I did not go to their website or call. What I always with any business, I review the BBB site to see if the company listed, accredited and what kind of review it has and I do more research. My opinion, this company focus more on advertising and should definitely work on building a better rapport and improving their customer service. Good catch on the advertising, but is misleading your poten... read more

Credit9 sent me a letter with a Credit card glued inside stating they are offering an ""Your New Personal card is here" "12 month 0% APR line of credit for the first 12 months" "Available credit $36,707.00" "Pay off your credit cards with lower monthly payments at 5.99% APR" "This prescreened offer of credit is based on information in your credit report" These are all statements made on the letter to make you believe they are offering a credit card(again there is a credit card with a chip reader in the letter and a credit ca... read more

I received a mailer saying I was pre-qualified for a Credit9 family Loan up to (mid-5 figure amount) at 5.99% APR. I called and spoke with a "Trent Martin" who reviewed my situation, took my SSN# and said everything would be reviewed & he set up an appointment to call me back this morning. We figured out time since he said he was calling from Boise, ID- he even sent a confirmation text to my phone. The appointment time came & went with no call/text from him. I texted back- no answer and I called 2 different numbers from the ... read more

I have to agree with the everyone else, they were sure quick to grab my info too. The worst part was that the rep was very rude. He set an appointment for later in the evening, as he wanted to talk to my husband. Which we set aside a time with him and no call. Jonathan the rep even asked me If my husband knew I was calling, because I wanted to handle this on my own. I told him I don't keep secrets, all I wanted was the HELP they offereed. THEY REACHED OUT TO ME! I didn't call them first.... so very sad to be treated this way... read more

Received mail from them showing pre-approved. Went online and then received their phone call. Answered all their questions until they got to ssn. I told him I never heard of his company and i said I was going to do some research. He said he would email me info on the company. I never received the email. Researched and found all these negative reviews. Glad I didn't give in and give them social.

Business response:

Steve, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. Upon review of your account, you had your application done by our Customer advocate representative on October 6th respectively, the same day that you wrote this review as well. Do not give them your information. I can attest to the negative reviews below. I got their solicitation in the mail, went online and fill out the information only to be directed to call them. I got Allison on the phone she took all my information DOB, SS# verified my address etc. Then said I have another meeting in 10 minutes can I call you later tonight of tomorrow. I said later tonight would be acceptable, she then texted me to say that she had a family matter to attend to and wanted to schedule a time to talk today. At th... read more

The representative was unprofessional because when I refused to accept the terms she starts laughing at me and stats saying that I don't understand how the credit companies works. During our conversation she was insisting and pressure me to accept it makes me feel uncomfortable and untrusted.

Business response:

We're sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with us and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. Someone will be in touch with you from our management team shortly to offer you a resolution. Rest assured that we are taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future. We highly value customer service and we sincerely apologize for this said incident.
