Got the flyer in the mail, filed out the online app, and it said to call in. I called in, and tried talking with Joseph. Upon asking about credit pulling and what I already did online, he became pretty rude and hung up on me. Obviously a garbage business with garbage customer service. Not even sure if this business is legit, because what business get ruder when you ask questions and then hangs up on you!!!

Absolute bait and switch scam. Here's how it goes. You get a bait mailer promising amazing consolidation terms. It uses the "term "pre-approved", which does NOT mean the same as pre--qualified. You go to the website and hit a screen where it says if you proceed you are accepting automated calls txts etc. so they get you to call. I reached them after hours and did not leave a message and got multiple inbound telemarketing calls inresponse to my "missed call", the first stage of a slimy sell. This firm is a joke and are liars. They are a debt relief company not a loan company. I spoke with a law firm today. If any of you want to get into a lawsuit and try and shut this scheme of a company down. Get in contact with me at donna92699atgmail.com. I received a pre-screen reservation # by mail. I followed through on the website in an effort to see what rate I would qualify for but the site directs you to select a call back by a rep. The rep gets on the line, doesn't greet me or identify himself by name or company and asks me all of the same information I just entered into the website PLUS the more detailed info such as *** and ***. Called to discuss debt consolidation and they took our information and never called us back to let us know what we going on. We are currently monitoring our credit reports and will report this business several more times if something begins looking sketchy.
I received an "invitation" from Credit9 in the mail. I filled out the initial information and received a call from one of the customer service representatives. I asked her if she could give me a bit more information about credit9 and the how it operated. To which she replied "why don't you do some research and then call us back!" and hang up on me. Very rude and I do not wish to have any business with them.
