Great overall experience! ! Bret was (still is) very attentive and made buying process really simple and smooth going! I had been to another Cadillac dealer for service and was reminded why I service at Crest even though it's an hours drive from my home. Monica made an appointment (more likely space) to fit me in before Christmas travel. - fuel induction, fuel injection, filter replacements, alignment, sky roof cover reprogrammed, thermostat replacement- the technicians are World Class trained!
