The salesperson didn't provide me with an owners manual to the vehicle. I asked him several times for it and he couldn't produce one. He kept telling that he had a bag for me to transfer my items from my trade-in to my new car and never provided it. He has a pleasant demeanor, but I think he lost interest near the end of the interaction. He didn't take the time to show me the features of my new car nor did he help me register it with Cadillac. Had a great experience with Victor, however, I feel like Tania in Finance was deceptive. After telling her "no" several times to adding a warranty package, my husband left the room for a few minutes to empty out the car we were trading in. While he was gone, Tania told me that she would be able to get me the warranty package for free. I questioned her, but was assured that the warranty was free.
