I’ve got great services from Creat Cadillac at Frisco. All employees are provide very kindly service and good deals. Also they are giving price match for new tires. So I got new tire to cheap prices. I’m really like visit this dealership.
We went in for an oil change and while the car was raised, they found the right rear wheel bearing was defected, which was corrected! Had they not noticed, this could have been a serious situation for us! We thank them for this and we highly recommend going there for service!

Excellent service from purchasing my vehicle to having maintenance done. Jose Ortega is a wonderfully thorough, responsive and professional Service Advisor. The service bay is as clean and well kept as a showroom floor. My loaner was ready for me with virtually no wait time. And my vehicle was ready alone than expected and was sparkling inside and out when I picked it up. Have you seen the waiting area for service? They have a cafe! Crest Cadillac is doing the most!
