RecommendedHad a great experience today getting the Escalade it’s first service at Crest Cadillac. I arrived to my appointment and was met within 30 seconds by a service writer who got me signed in and showed me where I could wait and have a cup of coffee. Greg was friendly and very efficient. He told me it should be done within 90 minutes and would let me know when all the work was completed. They beat the 90 minutes and I was on my way in just over an hour. I would highly recommend Crest Cadillac for service.
