Logan McPherson went above and beyond on my vehicle's services. He provided a complimentary car wash without asking & I appreciate his initiative in having my car clean.

The experience was great. My needs weren't met as crest couldn't complete service, but I wasn't charged which was great. The worst part of the experience was waiting 30 mins for my vehicle to be brought up to me especially when folks came in after me and had their vehicle before me

Our experience with the dealership was excellent Greg V went above and beyond to take care of us. His professionalism shined bright as he personally arranged our rental while our vehicle was being repaired. During the repair process, he kept us informed along the way and walked us through each step as well as each repair that was recommended. once our vehicle was done, Pick up was smooth and easy.

I had an appointment to drop my car off at 9:30 on Thursday to look at my sunroof. I asked if I could have a loaner car and was told none would be available until 11/18; are you kidding me??? I left with the promise that I would be contacted in 3-4 hrs. By 3:30 I had not received a call as to the status so I called and had to leave a message.
