All of the Crest personnel with whom I interacted were courteous and professional. My car was serviced a little beyond the time estimate given, but overall I was pleased with the service I received. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable, but additional reading material probably wouldn’t hurt.
Although the prices I felt were high my service specialist Paul at the Frisco location was very friendly and did everything he could to see if the repairs were covered under my extended warranty. Unfortunately they were not but I was happy with how Paul handled the situation and got me in and out quickly
