The entire process was frustrating and lacked communication from prep-finish. It took a constant follow up and continued contact to get my vehicle into be repaired. The first indicator light appeared almost a month ago. I reached out to schedule an appt for service and was told I would receive a call back for day and time to bring in. I received no call back. Great customer experience initially. Was pressured in the last leg of arbitration. Never got a choice to negotiate. Was bad form and felt pushed just like all the other dealers before coming to crest. Even though made a good offer for trade in but still left hanging in end. Although car deal was great overall, just an bit unprofessional in the end.

3% penalty for credit card use is unacceptable. I will not use Crest for service.

Some members in the service department just don't care about serving customers. That in includes members of the management staff, especially the one that is in charge of service when I was there. I was told that James was in charge, but I didn't me him.

Login, informed me of what was recommended for the 125k mile mark which were 7 items later he came out with a list of other things that the truck needed, I agreed to the initial 7 items and 3 other things but he added 3 services I didn’t agree to and I ended up paying over $600 than I expected when confronted about it he had a really nasty attitude about it said he wasn’t going to refund anything when asked to speak to someone superior to him, he pompously replied that he was the manager of that department so I would have to... read more

Greg Vetrano was our service advisor and was slow to respond and not forthcoming. It was not the Cadillac luxury experience I would expect when there was a 3% fee to use my credit card. The aftermarket shop who fixed my CTS V (because Cadillac could not) did not charge a fee. I will likely not bring my car back to Crest for any future servicing. We were not given a loaner car and had to use our own Uber to pick it up.

Chase definitely made an effort to take care of his customer even through a mistake was made. He genuinely wanted his customer experience to be positive and did his best. He was genuine and honest and made effort - the service manger was different story 100%, if he were one of my PMs and treated a customer (me) like he did, he would have been written up at the very least. His customer service skills were terrible, he treated the customer like I did something wrong and had an attitude acting like a petulant 5 year old child. ... read more

I came from out of town to a doctors appt. Told to be there at 7 it would take about four hours. Ended up getting my car back around 2:30. Had to sit in the waiting room after appointment for three hours.
