Crest has sent me four text messages requesting reviews. Way- way to many. This is abusive.
I had my car in the service department. They had to replace 4 wheels because they could not 2 that would match. I expected the 2 that were in my trunk but they were thrown away. I was told that if I had not asked to save them they go in the trash. Why was I not asked? I was under the impression that all parts should be given back to the customer. They quoted my parents one price over the phone and my parents wanted to talk about it before calling them back. Once they decided they wanted the deal they called them back and the price had gone up and they would not agree to their original quoted price. This was in a matter of a few hours. I would not recommend this dealership. Poor customer service. No wonder they are having a bad month in sales. If you can take your business elsewhere, I would. Not super impressed with Crest. The service manager Kyle at Frisco location seemed like he was very new. Had difficulty changing my info in the computer. Waited quite a while to get estimate on several repairs and then he informed me that I really didn’t need to replace one of the parts. When I was checking out to pay, Crest automatically added a “disposal” fee of $15.19 to my bill when I didn’t have anything done, such as oil change, to dispose of a substance, tire or old part. I was at 4 stars after purchasing our 3rd vehicle from Crest, the 2nd one from their Frisco location. However, buyer beware if you decide to take them up on turning your lease in early when they promise to pay off the remaining payments. We had four payments remaining, and after repeated calls from them we decided to start shopping again. I have worked in automotive since 2008. My wife’s car died on the the tollway and with it being a Cadillac I decided to let the local dealer look at it. The mechanics where I worked had guessed at what it needed but since I work for dodge our tech with Cadillac is limited so upon bringing it there, was told it was something else (not shocked since we are Dodge) and it was going to cost 1900$ and would be done in 3 days.
