deceptive Trade Practices from Greg and his supervisor Logan. Stated I needed a new battery and I did not. Then they left the dealership without a phone or a text to me. It took several other agents time to find my car. I was at the dealership for 10 hrs with my dog waiting for an oil change, car wash, and battery replace. No one called me to follow up that day. My experience is less than exception and actually has been outright poor. Slow to no correspondence at all. The service technician that is supposed to be under the hood of my prwcticallly new car making no effort to get my car fixed and dive into the problem. They have left it sitting out back for days. I was there once getting an oil changed. short story short when asking for assistance i was completely ignored...I felt profiled but I figured I was wrong. then my partner went in for a paint treatment got kia quality service from a seemingly drunk worker...which then validated my suspicions...got to sewell or kia cheaper and same quality of service
My experience has been the most difficult and untrustworthy, after dealing with the senior service executive Jeremy Chapman I will never recommend businesses with this dealership . I purchased my vehicle February 23rd and on march 13th, 17th, and 25th I set service appointments to get an evaluation on my motor because I had to put over 4 quarts of oil in my vehicle every few days . Word of warning, after sale service is non-existent. We have less than 10k miles on our new XT6 and have had it towed to Crest three times for transmission and engine issues. Every time we get it back we are just told they fixed a stuck sensor and didn’t find anything else wrong. It’s clearly a transmission issue, but they refuse to do anything about it. It’s disappointing. They just cleared the engine code and you’re on your way till it breaks down three weeks later.
I went today to see a 2016 Cadillac escalated I was a little late to my appointment but I make it I was going to see skyler but he was so busy that I was help by juda shamay. Bought a used escalade with 39k miles. Right when i drove car off lot tire light were going off. Could not keep air in tires. Had to buy new tires next day. They would not work on trade with the kelly blue book value. Posted my car i traded for 10k what the offered me trade. I trusted their name and brand. They ripped me off. Shame on me.
I’ve had good experiences in the past but not recently. I made my first call to Crest over 3 weeks ago to schedule maintenance on my car and was told I would be getting a call soon to schedule. Got the call, missed it due to work, called back and nothing.
