We got off to a bit of a rough start due to an issue with the service department (not related to the the service but the 3% service charge for credit cards). Mr. Rosen called me and smoothed things over and made a repeat customer of me.

Chase was great. Timely and professional service navigating the engine recall. One area for improvement would be more mid-large size suv loaners would be beneficial - gas powered preferably.
