Good but finance was a few hours process They were busy so took longer than expected

Great dealership! Very fast and efficient. Staff is very helpful. Austin and Schuyler did a great job and got me out in less than two hours with a new Escalade. They did great job with explanations and answering my questions.

Easy and effortless Logan explained what was needed with out being pushy and got us a loaner. No pressure

I called Crest for a known issue and recall notice. The Service department was very accommodating in scheduling my appointment. I was planning on waiting for the service to be completed, but the Service Representative, Logan McPherson was kind enough to provide me a loaner. Logan informed me daily of the status of my vehicle. Crest Service Department did a great job.

They were very dependable, very courteous. They did good job on the repairs. So glad they came and got my car, left a loaner , And brought my car back.
