Jay did an outstanding job helping us purchase our dream car! He went the extra mile in making sure that the entire process went smoothly. We drove in from out of town. He had the vehicle detailed with a bow on the hood. Jay was very professional and made sure to answer all our questions. He even followed up with us that evening to make sure that we made it home safely and followed up the following day with any questions that we might have had.

Had a major problem with the car and the dealership took car of it. Some dealerships would have made me deal with the issue with Cadillac, but Crest handled it for me.

Logan always takes care of me. I would like to say after spending $960, I would have expected my car to be cleaned. The inside was half vacuumed. Logan was with a client so I didn't bother him
