AVOID CREST!!! They sold me a truck that had a replacement tail light in it. I did not know it at the time. I called Crest to schedule service In the spring/summer and they said I should reschedule later, they were short staffed and busy. Since my review on google was hidden I’m going to try to make this as short as possible. We bought a 2015 BMW M235I from this dealership in September. We live in San Antonio so my husband was dealing with everything via phone and text. This car is an absolute lemon. When he got the car home I noticed the tires were BALD! Bought my 2015 XTS from Crest in Plano. Less than a month later they moved. I bought an extended warranty from them. My check engine light came on , I called was told no loaner until mid-July. I asked about taking me to Rockwall where I live or Rowlett where my son lives and was told out of area. If they fixed it it would not have a deductible. I thought the day of the shady car sales man was over and boy this this dealership prove me wrong. they showed an advertised price of 32K and after the contract was placed in front of me there was another 1500 bucks worth of "dealer accessories " . mind you this is normally already added to the advertised price. when asked what the were they claimed that it was window tint and key fobs. Horrible communication and sales tactics, Lee the sales representative lied then Tony calls me about another vehicle that I liked of which I was informed had already sold! Get your act together to make for a Remarkable experience for the customer! Recommended a few people, never again!
So pissed off..! Made an appointment for 5pm rush hour traffic to come test drive a pre owned truck. When I got there the salesman told me that the truck I wanted the sales manager claimed it and was going to buy it but didn’t bother to inform me before I drove out to the appointment. 0 Stars Service department people are untrustworthy. I will never use you them again. I was told my rear brakes were at a 3 and needed to be replaced. I opted against the work and went and got a second opinion. The second opinion place showed me my brakes were actually at a 7 and not a 3 like Crest told me. I would have been out of over $400 at Crest for a service I didn’t need.
I do not recommend and will not recommend. Stay & run far away and fast! Slightly used find on auto trader.com. Discussions primarily through cell phone and texts. $1k discount offered. Kalique?
