Easy to set the appointment. Service people, Chase and Brian did a great job. Work was done quite well. Criticisms are that it wouod be nice to reinstate the loan car program. The overall cost for an oil and filter as well as an in-cabin air filter was on the high side. Also, this relatively new thing of charging 3% if you use a credit card is a bit off putting. On the plus side your coupon program is good and the service guys are good about honoring them. Thanks.
