Troy took good care of me yesterday when I had a new tire blow out. I called him after I hit a large concrete boulder on Hwy 75 in Sherman. He calmed my nerves and I drove to Infiniti on the flat tire. He is amazing

Other than slight wait when I arrived in the service area employees were very professional and friendly. Waiting area was relaxing with TV and coffee available.
