Crest infiniti customer agents were very professional, polite and diligent. They came twice to let me know where in the timeframe the mechanics services is. If they see a little issue with the car, they sent a text to you and suggest repair with price. The waiting room is very clean. Coffee, tea and water is available to everyone and a little restaurant is open for customer to enjoy their waiting time.

The service advisors are very attentive. Check-in is quick but thorough. The work is done very well and communication upon completion is timely.
