This review is getting 5 stars because of Service Director Randy Nabors. Was having a terrible experience with Crest Infinity until he got involved. Made a bad situation 100% better and even reached out to me directly to get it resolved. Now I will more than likely choose Crest again. Before Randy got involved no way.
The Service Team at Crest Infiniti is great. Randy, Trevor, and the rest of the team, even the cashier and loan car teams are great. Always friendly and helpful and have a smile hilarious commentary. I appreciate them keeping me in the loop on my vehicle(s) and being transparent with service and pricing. Richie and Tux are great as well.
Had A great experience with the service advisor. Everything was ready for me when I dropped the car off, he had the loaner ready and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car was repaired by the next day. When I picked it up it was clean and any questions I had were answered. I will certainly be returning for my next service and probably to purchase my next vehicle.
Was shopping during a power outage and Gassett went above and beyond to do everything he could. Went home with a QX55 and would highly recommend using Crest Infiniti & Gassett! Kudos to Kayla in financing as well. ♡
