Crest infiniti customer agents were very professional, Crest infiniti customer agents were very professional, polite and diligent. They came twice to let me know where in the timeframe the mechanics services is. If they see a little issue with the car, they sent a text to you and suggest repair with price. The waiting room is very clean. Coffee, tea and water is available to everyone and a little restaurant is open for customer to enjoy their waiting time.
