It took awhile to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, and consequently I was without any transportation for an entire day. We did arrange for an Uber driver to take me to a meeting and then back to the dealership for a loaner. The loaner was much appreciated for the remainder of the service time. My service advisor was good about keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs.

Al Conkelton saved my experience with the dealership. When handling business, I'm not one to show emotions. He's demeanor stayed nice and helpful the entire time. However, the young lady that handled the finance portion, when I signed paperwork on the first day was nice until she saw I didnt want any perks.
