I am 100% satisfied with the service provided at Crest Infinity. My car is really good taken care, plus they make me feel welcome and special. They listen to what I think my car has and they go above and beyond to check everything and then more. I feel I can trust them my car. Even their parts department is very helpful when I need tiny clips and covers, They always deliver very good service and the help I need. Thank you.

David worked really hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I got top dollar for my trade in and he stayed with us even after closing to make sure we had everything we needed before wrapping up with finance.

I found a few 2024 Infinity QX50 with about 10k miles on them. The price seemed great, so I went to look at them. I met Al K. He walked me through the new electronics. I looked at the car on my way to the airport. So Al and I did the numbers via email. It worked great. If I had to complain...it would be that I expected to be out of the dealership in 60 minutes after agreeing to everything via email and it took 120 minutes. not a big deal, but it could have been a better closing .
