It took awhile to figure out what was wrong with my It took awhile to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, and consequently I was without any transportation for an entire day. We did arrange for an Uber driver to take me to a meeting and then back to the dealership for a loaner. The loaner was much appreciated for the remainder of the service time. My service advisor was good about keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs.
