John was helpful and I appreciated the upfront manner in which be negotiated with me. There are no tricks or last minute changes. He made an offer I countered and we found some mutual ground.

Service at Crest has been so good 28 months or so. I’ve had the same service manager and I really feel like he looks out for me and ensures my car gets the right care. I had an issue after the last service: my car started making a noise intermittently. Then it got more frequent. Tony made sure the issue was fixed.

Service manager called me and said he wanted my buisness and wanted to make me happy. That was a first in a while for somebody to say that to me. He got my buisness back by treating me right. I will be back most businesses don't do that.

I had a problem with my car that occurred at the dealership and my service advisor took care of it to my satisfaction. That is what I expected there.
