Excellent customer support, with a "let me help you" attitude and professionalism. I got an update on the status of the repairs through every step.
Troy was awesome. Very nice and professional. Went over the report at the end and answered all of my questions accordingly. However, there was one employee that gave my wife and I the dirtiest look as we were waiting while our vehicle was being serviced. That is my only complaint.
Service Department staff is always attentive, precise in understanding customer concerns. I’m never worried regarding customer care.

I have been a Crest customer for years and will always be! The customer service you receive from Crest is always top notch. From buying or leasing a car, to service or anything you need help with, Crest is always there. We have had a Crest Nissan, Crest Cadillac and mostly Crest Infiniti. You will not be disappointed with putting your trust in Crest.
6+ years of satisfied service. CREST has some great personnel and always accommodating. Friendly and ready to assist which is what keeps me returning for service. I have a lot of choices that are much closer in my area but I trust CREST and when I leave I know my vehicle was given the upmost attention.
Professional and efficient. Finance needs to provide a simple signed recap packet when customers close.
