Crest Infinity’s Service Department is terrific! The staff is courteous and professional. In particular, Randy Nabors, Service Director, is outstanding. He listened to our requests, verified the requirements, was very reasonable regarding the solution, and followed-up to ensure the work was completed as promised. Our 2023 Infinity QX60 was ready and sparkling clean when we picked it up. Crest Infinity gave us first class service that is sincerely appreciated!
