This review is getting 5 stars because of Service Director Randy Nabors. Was having a terrible experience with Crest Infinity until he got involved. Made a bad situation 100% better and even reached out to me directly to get it resolved. Now I will more than likely choose Crest again. Before Randy got involved no way.
