Everything was completed in a timely manner. Very pleased. However you do ask for too many reviews/surveys. I believe this is the 4th one I've done!

We came into Crest looking at an Audi a5 sportback. David, our dealer, was polite, extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the whole process. He Really took the time to listen to us and clarify any questions or concerns we had. Great experience.

Dustan was courteous & professional, a pleasure to work with. I also appreciated that a loaner vehicle was available for me. My only negative is that one problem with my vehicle was not fixed. There were several problems, and all were addressed successfully, except for the cruise control not working. I had indicated that the cruise control problem was the main problem I wanted addressed, but it still does not work.

I was able to get an appointment on the books quickly with a loner car reservation. My service advisor kept me updated along the way. The issue with my vehicle was resolved.

Service was fast and staff was helpful and friendly. I was contacted when service was complete and Check out was simple. Derrick, my service advisor, was helpful and clear in the steps that were going to take place
