From the moment I entered the Service area -- first class service! The customer experience was top notch. My issue wasn't a serious one, but the team treated it like it was the only one. I opted to hang around and wait, and the staff seemed to enjoy going out of their way to make sure all was good with me. They even arranged for me to use a small office so I could take a business conference call. Excellent service!!

Randy greeted me immediately when I exited my vehicle. He was very nice and assured me that I would be able to get a loaner vehicle and that I would be in good hands with Tony. Tony politely greeted me and we went over the service needs of my vehicle. He then took me to Dustin. Every time I take my car in for service. I’m greeted promptly and the staff is polite and professional. I recommend Crest to anyone with an Infiniti for service.

The dealership is a nice building, very comfortable and relaxed. The staff is kind and attentive but so patient and chill. Whatever you want is sincerely considered and in our case granted.

My service experience was okay, choice of services was somewhat confusing but I was usually able to contact a person to help me. I spent approximately $6,000 which included a set of tires and my son noticed when I was home they didn’t install the covers on the tire stems. Seems that should be the least they could do. Also didn’t replace some fasteners from other work done.
