Had A great experience with the service advisor. Everything was ready for me when I dropped the car off, he had the loaner ready and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car was repaired by the next day. When I picked it up it was clean and any questions I had were answered. I will certainly be returning for my next service and probably to purchase my next vehicle.

Blake is my service advisor and by far the best service advisor I have had at Crest Infiniti. Dustin and his staff are always so helpful. Blake and Dustin are so very helpful. They make my experience at Crest top notch. A big thank you to them and their co workers for always making my experience at Crest a good one.

Was shopping during a power outage and Gassett went above and beyond to do everything he could. Went home with a QX55 and would highly recommend using Crest Infiniti & Gassett! Kudos to Kayla in financing as well. ♡

Blake provided excellent service today from greeting me promptly to being there to answer any questions when I was ready to pay out at the cashier. He and his team had some suggested additional services that I reviewed and decided not to have those done on this visit. Overall a good service experience!

Al was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. He made the car buying process very easy and less stressful. Tony was great! He helped me from start to finish and made sure I was well taken care of. He gave me options and spent the time to explain. The customer service alone makes me choose the dealership everytime for all my car needs
