Scheduled oil change with Crest Infiniti. Very pleasant on the phone reservation. Upon entering the bay area, we waited 18 minutes for contact with our rep, Troy Dunn. There was a lag time when he was notified and when we met. I had him paged at the service desk. He explained that he had to lower the volume on his device while he was with a customer and missed the notification. Once on the scene, he did an outstanding job keeping us informed with updates.
Excellent service and a clean, hospitable waiting area. I appreciated updates as to the status of my repairs and thorough explanations.
I would give this dealership 10 out of 10 when arriving to this dealership my service advisor took care of me right away. Robert was great and definitely will go back to him for any of my vehicle needs best service ever.
Crest took care of my QX60’s first service. Work completed on time and returned the car to me washed and cleaned inside out. Trevor and his Manager Randy are great to work with.
