I wrote a prior review while upset and didn’t speak to Blake or Nabors .. Once I was able to speak with Blake and Nabors I felt totally ok that they are willing to look at my car again to be sure it was fixed properly…Nabors took the time to reach out and I’m so grateful for that… I’ve taken my car to Crest from 2010 to present and never had an issue..I can find someone cheaper but trust Crest to do it right..I just needed to speak with the right people if there is ever an issue .. this is what you call customer service Nabo... read more

Jay was amazing! Everyone was very patient and made sure I was in and out within 2 hours. I was able to explore of the package options and features the QX80 has to offer. The staff walked me through all the features and assured I understood how to operate them. The sales manager and salesman Jay provided excellent services and assured I received the best value and features on the vehicles I selected. Saturday understandably busy but this center needs more help. 3 hour wait for flat tire plug. And. It did not last. I’m at discount tire today. My service attendant was fantastic.
