Great service technicians and very thorough in explaining the scheduled service process, as well as listening to and noting in their system, my cruise control issues.

Really wasn’t quite sure if I wanted an infinity. But after the Al the sales person pointed out all their amazing features that the infinity has, I purchased one..

It's never fun having a car 'issue' hit you on a Monday morning, just after coming come from a vacation. So learning I had a DOA battery in my nearly 4.5 yr old QX 50 .. well... thankfully Troy Dunn of Crest Infiniti takes EXCELLENT care of me. Once the logistics were worked out, my car was jump-started, I drove straight to the dealership and my battery was replaced under warranty. It took a few hours but, grateful for the service Troy, Crest & MPP provided!
