The valet service was fantastic, and I appreciated all communication the communication while I waited for my service to be completed.
I came from San Antonio to the DFW area to check in on my parents, then to help my daughter prepare for her next baby. Bauer met me at the service department and continued to check in with me until a service advisor was assigned. Jasmine was so delightful and so helpful! I had a bad tire and, since they had that tire in stock, they were able to replace it, wash my car and get me to my daughters home in time to see my grandson before dinner! Service was ok, but I felt rushed and not a priority. I have had better service at a Subaru dealership and expected a luxury car brand dealership to provide at least equal service. I was not called when my car was done, no one was ready to receive my loaner car, and the loaner process was very strict.
Faisan was able to reschedule my booking as I was running late on the original schedule date. Upon asking to pickup the car, They offered me a loaner vehicle too. Overall the experience was good.
Crest Volvo from Delivery to service has been absolutely amazing. Minor hiccup when taking delivery of vehicle but Crest went above and beyond to rectify the issue and get us back on the road. I’d like to personally shout out Mike Stock, Locke, and Fabian Salazar. From purchase to service they exceeded all expectations and will be exclusively using Crest Volvo for all my Volvo needs as long as their excellent service remains.
