Im always Iffy about dealership because I've been sold a lemon before. They guaranteed me they sold reputable cars at Crest; so, I do look forward to that. If so,- that earns my trust and that guarantees my business with them down the line. Relationships and business deals are based on Trust. Let's hope for the best and many years to come. Had a great experience purchasing the Volvo EX90 from Crest Volvo in December of 2025. Was a good deal and smooth transaction. Early days to comment on services department but so far so good.
The manager was able to listen to my concern regarding SRS which was keep coming after service also and was able to waive the fees for same service which was done a week before.
Ricardo Riojas and Jorge Ramírez were very easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable of the Volvo Product and helped me understand all the components I had questions about. I would definitely recommend them.
