My first time using the Service Department at Crest after my purchase. It was a very pleasant experience. In and out of the service department with a loaner car in less than 15 minutes. I do live close to this dealership and I bought my first Volvo from them. When I was in the market for my current XC90, I went to this dealership first, but l had a bad experience. Now, that is not to say anything bad about the service department. They are excellent every time I have taken my vehicles to them. In this last visit, although they said they will match the price of a competitor, they didn’t. I wish they had more options when it came to tires. My service advisor was great!
