It's always a great experience taking my Volvo in to Crest for maintenance. Jordan has been my service advisor for years; he's friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I use the loaner car service for longer appointments and it's great too - easy and fast.

Good experience during the sale. Salesperson was knowledgeable and patient. I did my own financing and stood strong against the high pressure "add ons" which is now standard at every dealership. My only complaint is service after the sale. Maintanance service, by luxury brand standards, is below expectations. Unless you wait onsite it can take several days to have service completed.
