The service I received from Crest Volvo exceeded all expectations. I was driving across country when my Volvo XC60 had some trouble with its cooling system. The service representative was helpful and polite. As far as the dealership was concerned I was surprised at the delay in getting a minor issue repaired. I went in on a Tuesday was asked to comeback the next Thursday. Then picked my car up at 4 on Friday. I was pleased with the result. However 10 days total was a stretch.
