Bryan LaGard did an amazing job. I have not had a good experience with my car service in the past. Bryan was a new advisor assigned to me. Bryan listened to my feedback and asked to earn my trust. Bryan was a good communicator and kept me in the loop. I have tried to correct the car's auto-braking three times since the last software update, with no luck (at the dealership and using AI).
