Lyn is very knowledgeable and only has the work done that needs to be done. He lets me know the time frame it will take. He answers my questions so I can understand. I find Lyn to be very competent and respectful.

Ally did a nice job of explaining what is to be done and the results of the inspection including why something wasn’t really necessary. Don’t know the name of the service greeter but he was very friendly.

Had an oil leak and took it in to have diagnosed. Was stressed as we were flying in 3 days and preferred to have the car to go to DFW. Lyn, said he would see what he could do and communicated that it was a cracked oil cap and all it needed was that and an oil change. 24 hours later (yesterday) we had the car back. Got shuttled to and from Crest so it was excellent service. Always a great experience for us at Crest. Thanks Lyn!
