I drove from OKC to Frisco to purchase my new, and very first, Volvo. I had some unpleasant experiences with some local dealers and searched out of state to find what I was needing and happened upon Crest online. Offered expensive options to fix the problem. It was annoying to visit a different repair shop after the Volvo service.
The Zaktek service and factory warranty service was done well. The 20 point checkup found and issue that was repaired under warranty. I was informed of what was happening by the service advisor and returned the loaner to pick up my car as planned the next day. Everything went as planned and it was a good experience.
Great job. They even called after we left something in our loaner car. So appreciate
