appointment was swift and communication was consistent. Unfortunately car was returned dirty. It either wasnt inspected properly or the standard is low.

At the beginning of the search and negotiation I would have given a 4 star rating (stay with me now!) but due to a lack of communication it dropped below zero until Sam H. a manager called and said he would make things right and he did begin to make things right. He found another truck (I was purchasing a used truck) that was better equipped and lower mileage than the one I thought I had made a deal on and he did it at the same price as had been negotiated. Had an issue come up with no warning. They were able to get it in, diagnose it, get parts & repair, all in the same day. Love that they wash the car also. Thank you for everything!

Device experience was okay. Asked to replace driver side wiper, which was not done. Also, I got mixed explanations about the 6 month service reminder that popped up on the display. When I called in the advisor said it was probably for a six-month oil service. When I arrived I was told it was for reapplication of paint protection.

They diagnosed the problem quickly, let me know that it was covered under warranty, and got it fixed in a reasonable time.
