I was a high maintenance customer due my schedule and how far I have to drive to get to the dealership. Brandon was the first person to respond to my inquiry on the vehicle I bought. It was late in the evening and I was expecting a "bot" to respond and was pleasantly surprised that a real human contacted me within a minute (almost literally).
