Fabian was great - very attentive, and ensured all my questions were addressed. Fabian went the extra mile and rode around with me in my XC90 for some time to help pinpoint a rattle (not uncommon in new cars) to ensure it was properly addressed. Thank you, Fabian, and the Crest Volvo service team

I can't rate Jorge Ramirez as I did not work with Jorge. Alan sold me my car and he was great to work with. Very chill and no pressure. Easiest test drive ever. Crest Volvo was fine but had 2 issues. The sales desk for Alan was out in the open and thus we were blinded by sunlight and also the computers had issues that slowed down the purchasing process.
