Overall a good experience. Nobody wants to deal with recalls, but in this case it was a pretty easy process and we appreciate it.

I came from San Antonio to the DFW area to check in on my parents, then to help my daughter prepare for her next baby. Bauer met me at the service department and continued to check in with me until a service advisor was assigned. Jasmine was so delightful and so helpful! I had a bad tire and, since they had that tire in stock, they were able to replace it, wash my car and get me to my daughters home in time to see my grandson before dinner! Service was ok, but I felt rushed and not a priority. I have had better service at a Subaru dealership and expected a luxury car brand dealership to provide at least equal service. I was not called when my car was done, no one was ready to receive my loaner car, and the loaner process was very strict.
