Crest Volvo Cars are superb as is the entire dealership team. In addition, Lynn Ford representing the service team as been fantastic. I am on my third Volvo from Crest and Lynn's service capabilities have been excellent. He has done a great job is the epitome of superb service, timely communication, and high quality technical knowledge.

Great experience with servicing our 2025 Volvo XC60. Mark, our service advisor, kept us completely informed about what was happening with our vehicle and updated us on status throughout the day. The loaner car process was smooth and greatly appreciated. Ricardo stepped in on another issue we’ve had for several months. In just a few minutes he completely resolved it and stated taking care of the customer was his number one priority.
