This is by far one of the best car purchase experiences you could ever ask for. I buy a lot of cars and this is my 3rd from Greg Bryan. He will not pester you, he is extremely well versed in everything he sells, and he treats everyone the same. There is not a salesperson more genuine than Greg. This was my first time taking my new Volvo in for service (purchased approximately 6 weeks ago). One of my tires showed low on air and I just thought it was because of the colder weather moving in. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. DaeJon placed me in a new loan vehicle as my service advisor, Fabian, had to order the tire. Great experience from service to sales to financing. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience fun. My only opportunity for improvement is how long the process takes - 3-4 hours was a lot.
