Caden was nice to work with, knowledgeable and not pushy. We really were just looking not intending to buy that day. Max was exceptional in getting our 2019, which we are passing to our daughter, in to have a couple dings repaired. Service did a great job in removing dings and did the job in 15 minutes. The most frustrating part in getting this car has been trying to fill out this rating-and get it submitted!
Bryce did a great job diagnosing and resolving my issue. Always great to work with Crest service people.
I would've given ya'll at 5 star but the seat behind me, drive was full of what looked like dog hair, someone didn't do a good job cleaning the loaner. but otherwise everything was good.
Crest Volvo was very professional and organized during our purchase. They made an appointment with us which eliminated the need to hunt down a sales person and he made the purchase easy.
Great service from Aly as usual. she is very customer oriented and has a nice personality.
Everyone I worked with that day was really nice: Mark, Jasmine (the shuttle driver) and the woman who helped with shuttle reservations. I'm sorry, I dont remember her name. It was also good to see Greg again.
It is always a pleasure working with the team and Ally at Crest. From the initial scheduling, to the coordination of a loaner. It is always a wonderful and seemless process.
